While working in sales and customer relations positions at Sabre Yachts in the early 80’s, Peter worked closely with purchasers and owners of high quality sailing yachts. Servicing customers of fine yachts required a detailed understanding of the exacting production process along with an ability to meet and exceed the expectations of people who demand the very best.
In the mid 80’s Peter refocused his knowledge of the production process and sales of recreational products towards real estate. Peter joined Peter Webber’s real estate development team at Sugarloaf/USA. There he was responsible for the marketing and sales of new trailside homes and condominiums and acted as a liaison between new homebuyers and the general contractor. In the early 90’s, Peter joined Anania & Associates in Portland as a Business Broker providing valuation and transactional services for manufacturing and distribution businesses throughout Maine.
